Return Policy

Due to the type of use and/or consumable nature of the products and for sanitary reasons, we are unable to return or exchange any products that have been used.
Returns on Unused, Defective or Damaged Items
Our return policy lasts for thirty (30) days.
Please contact us using our Returns and Exchanges submission form to arrange a refund or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with original manufacturer’s packaging and all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please contact us using our Returns and Exchanges submission form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. An email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please submit an exchange request here.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. If we do not have an item to exchange in stock we may issue you a refund instead. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
Late or missing Refunds or Exchanges
For refunds, please check with your bank account and credit card company if you feel your refund is late or missing. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
